Amethyst - The Sobriety Stone

Known as the “stone of sobriety”, amethyst is said to help one recover from both physical addictions and addictive personalities. Amethyst is powerful and protective as well a healing and calming. Some say that the strong healing energy of Amethyst can transmute lower vibrations to higher frequency love energy.  Amethyst is a wonderful stone to utilize in working with the Third Eye and Crown chakras.
